UK Returns
- Repack your item in the original box and packaging along with your order number and a note on the reason for return.
- Place the returns label from your delivery note on your parcel, covering your address.
- Take your parcel to any UK post office. Please keep your receipt for proof of postage.
Please ensure that the service you use has verifiable proof of delivery.

Non-UK Returns
- Repack your item in the original box and packaging.

If your item is faulty, please email deepsfootwear@gmail.com before returning.
Note:
We do not provide prepaid labels for both UK and Non-UK returns.
Faulty Returns
If you experience a fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please email deepsfootwear@gmail.com with the below information:
- Your name and order number
- A short description of the fault
- Images of the fault
Please do not post any faulty returns until you have had a response from us.
Returns Policy
Please note, this is our returns policy for online orders only.
If you change your mind, you can return your items to us within 14 working days for a refund. Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes with the docket enclosed.
We are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item to us for a refund and place a new order.
We are unable to accept returns on items which have caused discomfort or a blister, unless it can be proven that there is a manufacturing fault with the shoe which has caused this.
We ask that you are cautious when wearing items that are embellished. In cases where embellished items become faulty, we will always try to repair the item for you.
We are not liable for any boxes that are damaged in transit, however if the shoes have been damaged in transit (crushed inside the box) we do ask you send us images immediately to deepsfootwear@gmail.com.
